Freedom's Call

FREEDOM'S CALL

My sister Melanie and I have the great privilege of teaching music to a group of amazing young ladies which call themselves, Freedom's Call. Not only can they make beautiful music, but they are bright examples of purity and Godliness (the kind of girls I want Elianna to look up to!). We are gearing them up to record their first CD project in March. I'm working on a website for them as well, so I'll keep you posted when you can discover more about this new up and coming group! (the photos were taken by Melanie)

On July 21st, Freedom's Call will be performing at Strawberry Lake Christian Retreat Center (33991 Victory Way Dr., Ogema MN 56569). Mark your calendars—you won't want to miss this concert!
Here is a short bio that someone wrote about them:

Home grown and Hand picked by the Lord, “Freedom’s Call” is a group of four teenage girls who have been blessed with the talent to play a mix of
worship, gospel and bluegrass music for the Glory of God! Combining their music with the Word of God, and inspired by their teachers and mentors, Mindy Caron and Melanie Berge, Freedom’s Call seeks to shine the Light into the hearts of those who listen. From Bemidji, Minnesota, Katelyn and Eliza Tingelstad, (sisters) and Amy Guntzel and Hannah Olson (cousins) use the strings of their instruments (guitars, fiddles, mandolins, and a banjo) and the sounds of their voices to bring back many favorite old time hymns and bluegrass gospel classics. Whether it is to a packed house or an audience of One, all of the glory goes to the Lord!

Hi Mindy,
I don't know how you do all you do! You amaze me!! Just curious, would Katelyn and Eliza's grandma be from Detroit Lakes?
That's a sweet picture of Ben and Elianna.
