Red Raspberry Leaf Tea

My midwife suggested I drink 2-3 cups of red raspberry leaf tea a day and after doing some research I realize why! Check this out:

  • Strengthens wall of uterus and entire female reproductive system.
  • Decreases profuse menstrual flow.
  • Good during all months of pregnancy. Alleviates morning sickness and nausea.
  • Has been used as a preventative for hemorrhaging during labor and slows bleeding after birth.
  • Strengthens uterine muscles for labor.
  • Assists labor, makes delivery easier and relieves after pains. Tones and regulates before, during and after childbirth.
  • Increases and enriches breast milk.
  • Raspberry tea is mild and pleasant to taste. It is good for stomachaches and bowel problems in children. For diarrhea in babies.
  • Soothing to stomach and bowels and cankerous conditions of mucous membranes in the alimentary canal.
  • High mineral and vitamin source. The leaves contain calcium, magnesium, and iron. This is one of the best herbs for women to take -- often used during pregnancy to relieve morning sickness, to strengthen uterine muscles for labor, and to slow bleeding after birth. Raspberry also increases breast milk.

Pour me up a glass or two!! :) Go ahead and serve it to your husband too because it has very possitive medicinal affects on men as well (like increased fertility...). To order your red raspberry brew, visit The Bulk Herb Store. I've learned so much from this website and so will you!

That's it!! Now I know what's been happening! Both Aimee and I like raspberry tea and juice and maybe that's why we're five for five, eh? :-)

No seriously, Aimee has found that the tincture and tea have helped her belly to return to "normal" very quickly after the birth and also has helped the muscle tone alot.

Ain't Becky great?!!
