Our Midwife

Last Friday we had another prenatal with our wonderful midwife, Becky Rosburg. What an amazing lady! I wish you all could meet her. I look forward to each prenatal we have with her—she is so informed and teaches Ben and me so much.

The outcome of this prenatal was...excellent health, for both baby and me! Praise God! The baby is head down and has dropped slightly but is not engaged. My Mom was at this prenatal as well and was able to hear the baby's heartbeat! It was fun to watch her face light up with each "thump, thump" she heard. Grandmas!

By my oldest sister Melissa's recommendation (she has had 8 homebirths), I wrote up a birth plan of what steps Ben and I need to take once my labor starts. It is very detailed, so I won't post it here. :) But if you are planning a homebirth and would like to see our plan, email me and I'd be happy to share it with you.
